Our aero­nau­ti­cal com­po­nents are quickly and pre­cisely man­u­fac­tured on our 5 axis machin­ery equipped with pal­let and tool exchanger as well as on CNC lathe machines. The mate­ri­als used are accord­ing to the customer’s require­ments and their cer­tifi­cates are deliv­ered together with the com­po­nents. On customer’s draw­ings our tech­ni­cal office sched­ules man­u­fac­tur­ing cycles by using OPEN­MIND Hyper­MILL and Hyper­CAD soft­ware. Our highly skilled work­force can adjust and man­u­ally pol­ish all the pieces in order to guar­an­tee the high lev­els of qual­ity required by this par­tic­u­lar indus­try. Mea­sur­ing reports are car­ried out on our Wen­zel LH 12−10−20 X4 mea­sur­ing machine and are pro­vided on customer’s request.
