Expe­ri­ence, exper­tise, and sophis­ti­cated equip­ment have allowed us to reach a very high qual­ity level in the mechan­i­cal machin­ing for third par­ties and in the pre­ci­sion of medium-​large sized com­po­nents. Our thirty year expe­ri­ence in this sec­tor, along with state-​of-​the-​art machines and pro­gram­ming with hyper­MILL and hypeCAD soft­ware, has allowed Lavo­razioni Mec­ca­niche to become an ideal and extremely suit­able part­ner in the man­u­fac­tur­ing of high pre­ci­sion mechan­i­cal components.

Among the fun­da­men­tal char­ac­ter­is­tics on which the com­pany relies, the fol­low­ing stand out: the high pro­fes­sion­al­ism of our staff, the use of work sta­tions with 3 and 5 shafts, and a turn­ing depart­ment with cnc sec­tors and milling lathes. An ever increas­ing request for pre­ci­sion and guar­an­tees in the qual­ity of sup­plies has led Lavo­razioni Mec­ca­niche towards tar­geted and con­stantly renewed invest­ments, among which include a Wen­zel mea­sur­ing machine, through which size con­trol cer­ti­fi­ca­tions are issued upon spe­cific request of the client.
