The qual­ity poli­cies of our orga­ni­za­tion aim towards a con­tin­u­ous imple­men­ta­tion of a Qual­ity Con­trol Sys­tem, in order to achieve con­tin­u­ous improve­ments. Qual­ity objec­tives are defined, against an oppor­tune analy­sis, through the re-​examination of Man­age­ment, which are then brought to the atten­tion of all the staff mem­bers through an Objec­tives Plan.

Our com­mit­ment towards the Qual­ity of our orga­ni­za­tion is aimed towards:

• fol­low­ing a path towards inno­va­tion to increase the level of pre­ci­sion of the machin­ing processes, in order to respond to the require­ments and needs of a vast clientele;
• punc­tu­ally man­ag­ing the qual­ity and size con­trols of the prod­ucts man­u­fac­tured;
• main­tain­ing a high level of flex­i­bil­ity and effi­ciency, in order to timely han­dle the requests of all of our clients, with­out reper­cus­sions on the qual­ity of the products;
• adopt­ing a plan­ning sys­tem for finan­cial and eco­nomic resources and actu­at­ing a con­tin­u­ous mon­i­tor­ing of the results, in order to make strate­gic choices and com­pat­i­ble invest­ments with a eco­nomic return and with money avail­able;
• imple­ment­ing a Qual­ity Con­trol Sys­tem struc­tured in rela­tion to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 stan­dard. The objec­tive is that of increas­ing effi­ciency in orga­ni­za­tional aspects

Our orga­ni­za­tion aims to improve rec­i­p­ro­cally ben­e­fi­cial rela­tion­ships with its sup­pli­ers and part­ners by:

• defin­ing rela­tions, and clear and com­plete sup­ply agreements;
• timely com­mu­ni­cat­ing infor­ma­tion that is use­ful towards improv­ing the product;
• cre­at­ing a fre­quent exchange of infor­ma­tion regard­ing requests and mar­ket trends.

With regard to its clients , the com­pany also aims at:

• pay­ing utmost atten­tion to the needs and expec­ta­tions expressed by the clients, mak­ing sure to also have latent and unex­pressed needs emerge and be able to resolve these needs;
• inter­pret­ing the needs of the mar­ket by antic­i­pat­ing the needs of the client.

As far as le resources are con­cerned, the com­pany boasts of a com­pe­tent and pro­fes­sional staff. Despite this, in light of con­tin­u­ous improve­ment towards increas­ing its value, train­ing and infor­ma­tional classes will be orga­nized for the per­son­nel. The objec­tive is that of guar­an­tee­ing an excel­lent level of pro­fes­sion­al­ism, exper­tise, and atten­tion towards the clien­tele and towards new tech­nolo­gies. Our com­pany, fur­ther­more, works with hard­ware and soft­ware tech­nolo­gies that are appro­pri­ate to its needs.

Within our orga­ni­za­tion, par­tic­u­lar atten­tion is given towards improv­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion , in order to increase the effi­ciency of each process and of the “cor­po­rate sys­tem”, in gen­eral. We are ori­ented towards opti­miz­ing the work­ing meth­ods, so that we may offer a ser­vice that is always more effi­cient and punc­tual.
